The deputies gathered for the sixth time on the 16th day of the first plenary session to try to elect a speaker of the parliament, to unclog his work and, first of all, to start the constitutional procedure with the handing over of the governing mandate by the president. They again failed to elect a head of the National Assembly in the first round, and after an hour’s break they will try to do so in a runoff between Silvi Kirilov and Raya Nazaryan.
